DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
- A $21.00 Deposit will be due at checkout upon booking confirmation. $20 goes towards the service and $1 for processing fee.
- Remaining payment: (Cash or Zelle Only No Exceptions; otherwise there will be a 30.00 processing fee )
- Some Bookings may require full payment, such as services that deposit amount is very similar.
- (Mobile Clients)$60 MINIMUM. Booking will require full payment on all services plus a $15 travel fee 0-20mi / $25 20- 35mi / $45 35-45mi MUST make sure to book the travel fee.
BOOKING
- ALL CLIENTS MUST COMPLETE ,SIGN, AND SEND BACK A CLIENT INTAKE FORM PRIOR TO ALL SERVICES. No exceptions failure to complete client intake form could lead to cancellation of services. *Form located below rules & policy*
- (M) IS FOR ALL MOBILE BOOKING Clients ONLY!
- Salon clients please make sure you are strolling on the Price Menu page until you reach " THE VIBES MENU " rice menu. Please DO NOT shop mobile price menu for salon services.
- Not sure what to book send me a picture via email, text, or dm.
- Please arrive to your appointment with bare nails, unless you have booked a soak off. There maybe a inconvenience fee + Removal fee, if you do arrive with nails an i am able to service you.
- You must come alone no extra guest in the suite.
- No animals are allowed in the suite..
- PLEASE CALL FOR SAME DAY BOOKING. FEES WILL BE APPLIED.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
- No call no show WILL be charge for the remainder balance of the service booked & banned. NO Exceptions
- An appointment maybe rescheduled online with a 24 hour notice using your confirmation email.
- Cancellation has to be made using your confirmation email at least 24 hours prior to the time of scheduled booking, or you will receive a $50 cancellation fee.
LATE POLICY
- A 10 minute grace period is offered , after that a $15 late fee will be applied. After 20 min you may be subject to cancellation. ( Please read cancellation policy). If rescheduling is available you be required to pay another deposit.
- Avoid Late appointments by: Not booking any other appointments 2-3 hours before scheduled appointment, Prepare for traffic ( I am located in downtown Atlanta this may add 10-15 to your trip depending on the time of day, Service is CASH/ ZELLE only be prepared with cash before appointment.
Don't worry I am extremely understandable an i know things happen. I will do my absolute best to make sure you are serviced if your are running behind. Don't panic be safe and drive safely!! Just please communicate!!!!!
MOBILE CLIENTS ONLY
- If you have animals they must be put up prior to coming inside home; including dogs (unless service dog), cats, birds, snakes, etc..
********IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION**********
You will be prompted to upload identification ID card, License, or Passport for all 1st time booking. You can cross out your address for personal security. ID upload must match the client being serviced. Failure to upload proper identification will result in cancelled appt and forfeit of deposit.
