VIXEN VIBE NAILS RULES & Policy

   ******************PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING, AS DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.****************

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

• A $35.00 Deposit will be due at checkout upon booking confirmation that goes towards your service, $50 minimum booking fee.
• Remaining payment is due at arrival (Credit/Debit Card & Cash ONLY.  Otherwise there will be an addtl. $15.00 processing fee ).
• Mobile/Travel fee $12 0-20mi / $25 20- 35mi / $45 35-45mi MUST make sure to book the travel fee. 

BOOKING

• ALL CLIENTS MUST COMPLETE ,SIGN, AND SEND BACK A CLIENT INTAKE FORM PRIOR TO ALL SERVICES.  *Form located below rules & policy*
• DO NOT SERVICE ACRYLIC NAILS
• Please make sure to apply the add on during booking. (EX>  Nail Art Category, Length, spa treatment, etc...)
• All gel services comes with soak - off including (no Foreign soaks unless it is booked).
• Please have designated area readily available upon arrival. *Please dont not allow animals in the designated area during time of service*
• PLEASE CALL FOR SAME DAY BOOKING APPOINTMENTS.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

• No call no show WILL forfeit your deposit fee. NO Exceptions
• An appointment maybe rescheduled with a 24 hour call notice using your confirmation email. 
• Cancellation has to be made using your confirmation email at least 24 hours prior to the time of scheduled booking, or you will forfeit your deposit fee.

LATE POLICY

• A 10 minute grace period is offered upon arrival , after that a $15 late fee will be applied. After 20 min you may be subject to cancellation. ( Please read cancellation policy). If rescheduling is available you be required to pay another deposit.
• Avoid Late appointments by: Not booking any other appointments 2-3 hours before scheduled appointment, Prepare for traffic.

 ********IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION**********

You will be prompted to upload identification ID card, License, or Passport for all 1st time booking. You can cross out your address for personal security. ID upload must match the client being serviced. Failure to upload proper identification will result in cancelled appt. Please call or message us for any questions.
